As of this recording, a new year is upon us and while the whole world seems to be screaming that we can do more, better, and faster I want to remind you to invite in some self kindness. It’s OK to feel excited about the new year, or sad about the new year - or anything in between. Reflection and intentions or goals shouldn’t be a way to shame ourselves into doing more, but rather a chance for a check-in filled with self kindness and grace.
