Are you looking for apraxia activities to target vowels? Look no further! With this no prep packet, you'll be able to print and go to work on vowels for your students with childhood apraxia of speech (CAS).
This product contains activities for the following vowels at the VC, CVC, and find a picture (word or phrase) level.
The vowels in this packet are:
e (the vowel in meet)
oh (the vowel in toe)
ai (the vowel in my or bike)
ay (the vowel in say or play)
This 23-page packet is designed especially for students with apraxia learning to combine vowels and consonant sounds together.
The apraxia packet includes the following (for each of the vowels listed above): VC (vowel consonant shapes), CVC (consonant vowel consonant shapes), and simple word shapes. Each vowel also has a "find the picture activity" where you can practice the words at the word level or phrase level (i.e. "I found the ____").
For students with childhood apraxia of speech, learning to consistently use vowels can be a real challenge.
